The Congress high command is convinced that the time is not yet ripe for Jagan to be made CM. It has instead conveyed to KVP that Jagan can choose one of the three choices - Dy CM, Central Minister or PCC Chief. KVP will be returning to Hyderabad and briefing Jagan about the choices available and will leave it to Jagan to decide the way forward. Delhi also made it clear to KVP that all the ministers in the state should cooperate with Rosaiah as he has been appointed by none other than Mrs Sonia Gandhi. The message was simple - displeasing Rosaiah was tantamount to displeasing Mrs Sonia Gandhi. After meeting Ahmad Patel, Sonia's secretary KVP refused to divulge any details and merely said that "I am going to Hyderabad to attend the all-party condolence meeting there on Friday. I will be returning to the national capital on Saturday. I met Ahmed Patel to convey this," Meanwhile Rosaiah told media here that all the ministers, contrary to reports emerging in the press are offering their full support to him. He said that continuation of the welfare and development plank of Dr YSR will be the key agenda of the government.
