Guntur MP Rayapati Samabasiva Rao is confident that as soon as election formalities are completed in Haryana and Maharashtra the high command will give clearance for Jagan to ne made CM. The veteran Congressman hopes that this entire process should be through by the end of this month. He said the PM has complete knowledge of the ground reality in Andhra Pradesh and the AICC too is aware of the swell of support that the young MP form Kadapa is generating. Manmohan had reportedly assured Rayapati that the will of the people will be respected and adhered to. Rayapati meanwhile advised the Congress cadre in the state to be patient and not read too much into the delay. H expressed faith that Mrs Gandhi will act in the best interests of the state and that the Congress will emerge stronger than ever.
